W/N Build: Pain Swordsman
This is a PvE build centered around massive AoE damage using a warrior while maintaining defense against conditions, which is a common occurrence in many battle scenarios. It combines some of my very first builds with the synergy of my more refined ones.
Please let me know what you think of it.
The attributes
The attributes are somewhat flexible, but the basis requires you to have at least 11 swordsmanship and 6 curses bare minimum. Strength and Tactics can be fiddled around with depending on your playing style. If you don't want to sacrifice any HP, use minor runes to help your stats along.
The skills
1. Hundred Blades
2. Healing Signet
3. Sever Artery
4. Gash
5. Sun and Moon Slash
6. "Watch Yourself!"
7. Mark of Pain
8. Plague Touch
Usage
You start off targeting an enemy with Mark of Pain, and then attacking with Hundred Blades. This should raise up your adrenaline enough for you to either start your three skill combo (sever, gash, sun moon slash) or to hit "Watch Yourself!" for party support. If you come under a condition, use plague touch. This is especially useful against rangers who use throw dirt often (afflicted rangers, enchanted bows) as you can resume your attack chain instantly.
Variants
If you want more power against a single opponent, switch sun moon slash with final thrust. If you don't want to lose the adrenaline, switch that with silverwing/galrath slash so you can use watch yourself as well. If you don't want or need to support your party, you can use flail or flurry to increase your attack speed, or use enraging charge to gain more adrenaline at the start of battle.
Yes, the enemies will run like hell from the massive AoE damage, but this will definitely loosen pressure on the party as a whole since the enemies won't have time to focus their attacks.
Another possible variant is to use gladiator's defense in place of hundred blades so you can tank against enemies better.

against fleshy foes sweet build
against non bleeding foe ineffective
against fleshy foes with quick condition removal ur build wont work too well
serve + gash stacks conditions very well in a presure build
bt gash is too "conditional for my liking" against foes with efficient condition removal gash is like an empty skill slot .. cant gash if he is not bleed lol

The attack skills are really just filler (Except Sun Moon Slash), but they can't be easily modified to provide more direct attack skills... (Like power attack) the problem when using skills that require energy would be management. (Hundred Blades, MoP, and PT already cost enough.) One solution would be to use counter strike, which provides energy if you hit an attacking foe. Another would be bonetti's defense.
One thing is very important: When using this build you should have an additional plus 5 energy, using some of your armor for gladiator's prefixes or adding runes of attunement.
And since this isn't a condition heavy build, if foes remove them quickly, it won't matter because the skill set is centered around doing massive AoE.
Now a condition spamming build, that's different...I have one of those for my warrior, and I always keep at least one condition on my enemy at all times.
...Unless they're made of metal. :P

Wouldn't this be more effective if you took Triple Chop and Cyclone Axe?. You would need a Zealous Axe, but thats not too much of a big deal.

I have gone down this road before... hated having to keep enemies bunched up for the full effect.

Well, I created this build because first off, I don't like zealous weapons. And secondly, I only use my axe for vermin and slave spirit farming...this isn't my main build but it's a fun change when I get bored.
